What 101 Days in the Gym Taught Me About Safety, Resilience, and Recovery- Introduction
As a former varsity basketball player, I’ve always valued physical challenge, mental toughness, and routine. But over the years, I became less active, began gaining weight, and felt disconnected from the athletic foundation I had built. I was looking for a way to bring consistency back into my life—something that could be done on my own terms and fit into the chaos of everyday responsibilities.

Could I rebuild strength, endurance, and confidence? Could I finally take control of my health and routine again? This wasn't about chasing past glory—it was about building a new kind of resilience.
